Library Pickup

Beginning Sun. Dec. 13th, the library will offer Curbside Pickup only with expanded hours.

Following town recommendations, all in-person visits have been suspended until further notice.

Our New Hours:

• 10 am - 2pm: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday
• 1pm - 4pm: Saturday & Sunday

You may place a hold online through the catalog as usual at CLAMS Online catalog https://encore.clamsnet.org, call us at 508-896-3913, or email us at bll@brewsterladieslibrary.org to request items. After your request has been filled, you will be notified. Please wait at least 24 hours for your hold to process.

• Upon arrival, call the library to inform us that you have arrived to pick up your items at 508-896-3913,
• Once you have called, give us a few minutes to retrieve your order,
• Follow the enter and exit signs up the stairs to the doors, where a staff member will be on hand to provide you with your items,
• Make sure to follow all social distancing guidelines, such as staying 6 feet apart and wearing a mask while you do so.

Library items can only be returned using the side book drop.  Staff will not be able to accept returns in person during this process. If you are homebound, please contact us so we can arrange for a car-side drop off. We ask that this service only be requested by those who truly have no other way to get their materials.
