King Arthur

Twain, Mark. A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court 
A tongue in cheek look at the 6th century and the Knights of the Round Table.

Bradley, Marion-Zimmer. Mists of Avalon 
The recreation of the Arthurian legend from the point-of-view of the women in Arthur's world.

Stewart Mary. The Last Enchantment

Women's History - In 1980, President Carter issued the first Presidential Proclamation calling on the American people to remember the contributions of women. In 1987 Congress and the President declared March National Women's History Month.
